How many modules does the course have?
There are eight modules in the entire course.
What topics are included in the course?
Each module focuses on a specific topic:

Can I sign up for just one module?
No. Registration in the course means completing all eight modules.
When will the online course start?
The course is self-paced, meaning, an enrollee may start accessing the modules once payment of course fee is made, and the username and password are given.
What happens if I am not able to finish all eight modules?
No Certificate of Completion will be issued to an enrollee who does not finish the course. No refund of the course fee will be given.
Will there be an online meeting with the course facilitator?
Online sessions will be scheduled by the course facilitator within the duration of the course. A notice will be posted in the Learning Management System.
What is the teaching modality for the online course?
This course is self-paced, meaning, an enrollee may proceed with the modules at his or her own pace. A course facilitator will review and check on the enrollee’s submissions (essays, case review, summative questions) through the LMS.
Within how many days must I finish the course?
The course should be completed within 30 calendar days from Day 1.
If I go beyond the 30-day duration, will I pay an extra fee?
Yes. An extension of up to seven days is allowed, but a surcharge equivalent to 30 percent of the course fee will be applied.
When and how do I receive the Certificate of Completion?
The Certificate of Completion will be given to an enrollee who satisfactorily completed the course requirements. It will initially be sent to the enrollees electronically. Once normal operations resume, the original copy will be sent via courier services.

How much is the course fee?
Course fee is PHP13,320.00 for enrollees in the Philippines,
and USD320.00 for those based overseas.
When do I pay the fee?
The course fee must be paid before access to the modules is granted.

Can I pay by installment?
For Philippine-based individuals shouldering the course fee on their own,
payment made be made in the following tranches:
Tranche 1: 50% upon registration
Tranche 2: 40% upon completion of Module 7 (but before proceeding to Module 8)
Tranche 3: 10% upon completion of Module 8 (but before release of Certificate of Completion)
Can I charge it to my Visa card or Mastercard, or pay through PayMaya, Dragonpay and similar payment gateways?
No. For now, the available payment mode is through online bank transfer.
Do I need to show proof of payment?
Yes. A photo or screen capture of the bank transaction slip should be emailed to pdp.aijc@aijci.com for verification.
Is there a group discount?
None.
When and how will I receive the Official Receipt from AIJC?
The official receipt will be sent to the enrollee via courier services as soon as normal office operations resume. Payment will be acknowledged via email upon validation with the bank.

How do I access the modules?
Once the username and password are given, the enrollee may proceed with the following steps:
1. Go to
www.aijc.com.ph and click on the
AIJC Online Courses dropdown within the
Training tab on the upper right-hand portion of the homepage.

2. Click Corporate Communication.

3. Enter username and password.

4. Change the default password.
5. Proceed to Module 1 – Communicating for the Organization in Today’s Challenging Times.
